creamy mashed potatoes
Ingredients
1 kg potatoes, peeled and diced
250 g unsalted butter, room temperature
100 ml full fat milk, room temperature
2 tsp sugar
Salt
Method
Boil the potatoes in salty water until cooked, around 20 minutes.
Drain the water and immediately blend the potatoes with the other ingredients.
