Ingredients

  • 1 kg potatoes, peeled and diced

  • 250 g unsalted butter, room temperature

  • 100 ml full fat milk, room temperature

  • 2 tsp sugar

  • Salt

 

Method

  1. Boil the potatoes in salty water until cooked, around 20 minutes.

  2. Drain the water and immediately blend the potatoes with the other ingredients.
