prawn tapas with garlic and parsley


My husband and I love to go to Pinchos restaurant on Changkat Street in Kuala Lumpur. One of our favourite dishes is the one I tried to recreate today.

prawn tapas with garlic and parsley

 

Ingredients

  • 50g olive oil

  • 8 garlic cloves, sliced

  • 150g prawns

  • splash of dry white wine or juice of a quarter lemon

  • salt

 

Method



  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.

  2. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, then add prawns and salt.

  3. Cook the prawns for 1 minute on each side and splash with wine or lemon juice.

  4. Simmer for 1 minute, then add parsley leaves.

  5. Eat with fresh white bread dipped in the garlicky olive oil.
