My husband and I love to go to Pinchos restaurant on Changkat Street in Kuala Lumpur. One of our favourite dishes is the one I tried to recreate today.

prawn tapas with garlic and parsley
Ingredients
50g olive oil
8 garlic cloves, sliced
150g prawns
splash of dry white wine or juice of a quarter lemon
salt
To serve: fresh white bread
Method
Heat olive oil in a pan.
Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, then add prawns and salt.
Cook the prawns for 1 minute on each side and splash with wine or lemon juice.
Simmer for 1 minute, then add parsley leaves.
Eat with fresh white bread dipped in the garlicky olive oil.
