Very easy appetizer.
I like it the most with crackers, but also it makes a very good breakfast if you spread it on a slice of good bread topped with a runny, soft boiled egg.

salmon cream cheese spread
Ingredients
100g smoked salmon
200g cream cheese
1 tbsp fresh chopped dill
Juice of a half lemon
Salt
Method
Blitz all ingredients together and leave the spread to chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Eat it with plain crackers or a good sourdough bread.
