Years ago, my husband bought me a Texan cookbook while he was on a business trip in Houston.. I like the recipes in it so much, they are easy and very tasty.
So here is one of the dips that is always a success.

texan baked artichoke dip
Ingredients
1 can artichokes, drained and finely chopped
200g mayonnaise
100g parmesan, finely grated
1 tsp garlic powder
To serve: crackers or thinly sliced toast
Method
Preheat the oven to 180C.
Mix all ingredients together, put them in an ovenproof dish and bake on the middle rack in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
Serve the dip with crackers or thinly sliced, toasted bread.
